Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $90k/annually! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
ResponsibilitiesThe Manufacturing Engineer develops and executes efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes in alignment with product specifications and quality standards. Identifies opportunities for improvement and implements enhancements to production methods, processes, and controls. Oversees engineering changes and coordinates the manufacturing launch of new and updated products.
- Perform time and method studies to establish accurate manufacturing time standards.
- Provide industrial engineering support across all manufacturing operations, applying lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles.
- Manage and implement engineering changes.
- Design plant layouts, work instructions, process flows, and setup procedures while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Support and manage automation processes involving robotic materials and components.
- Develop and maintain process FMEAs and related process documentation.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment issues.
- Establish, track, and report production metrics, including productivity incentive programs.
- Oversee refurbishment and repurposing of equipment.
- Support and troubleshoot problem-solving efforts using 8D methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 documentation requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Overtime as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- High attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Experience with cost estimation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Advanced understanding of safety regulations and requirements.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, blueprint reading, and GD&T.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma principles.
- Experience with ERP systems and a strong understanding of process setup and bill of materials (BOM).
- Familiarity with automotive industry specifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, including customers and suppliers.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
