Are you ready to take the next step in your warehouse and logistics career? is seeking dependable, safety-focused operators with experience using forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and order-picking equipment.
In this role, you will safely operate specialized material-handling equipment to store, retrieve, move, and stack palletized inventory in high-bay warehouse racks. You will also load and unload shipments and perform routine equipment safety inspections.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and other material-handling equipment.
- Navigate narrow warehouse aisles to place and retrieve products from elevated storage racks.
- Load, unload, and move palletized materials between loading docks, staging areas, and storage locations.
- Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to record product movements and verify inventory quantities.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections, including checks of brakes, forks, hydraulics, batteries, and other safety components.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain an organized work area and handle products carefully to prevent damage.
- Previous forklift/reach truck certification and ability to successfully complete required on-site re-certification.
- At least 1-2 years of verifiable experience operating forklifts and stand-up reach trucks in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience with order-picking equipment preferred.
- Ability to safely work at elevated rack heights and in narrow aisles.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, climb on and off equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and depth perception.
- Basic computer skills and experience using RF scanners or similar warehouse technology.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, accuracy, and productivity.
