• Participate in audit and assurance engagements for a diverse client base
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting documentation
• Assist with planning, fieldwork, testing, and completion of engagements
• Analyze financial information and identify areas of risk
• Communicate with clients and build trusted business relationships
• Collaborate with partners and team members to deliver exceptional client service
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives
• Stay current on accounting and auditing standards

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification
• Approximately 2-4 years of public accounting experience
• Audit and assurance experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

We are seeking an Audit & Assurance Accountant to join our growing team. This individual will work closely with firm leadership and clients to support audit and assurance engagements while gaining exposure to a variety of industries and business environments.
