As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will focus on wowing clients now and in the future.
It would be even better if you also had- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule appointments according to client preferences
- Ensure all client needs are met during service—whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
