We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Coordinator and Recruiting Specialist to join our team and provide essential administrative support within our home health services division. As the Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting the Home Health Administrator, delivering administrative assistance to both home health and private duty services, and supporting the day-to-day operational needs of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Home Health Administrator in various administrative tasks and projects
- Patient file audits
- Assist the Home Care Executive Director with various administrative tasks and projects
- Provide administrative support to the home health and home care services departments
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency lead the charge in recruitment efforts by assisting in the sourcing and onboarding process of Nurses, Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Assist in reviewing insurance authorizations to ensure accurate and complete information is provided
- Collaborate with the team to streamline office processes and enhance efficiency
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and provide support in various office-related activities as required

- Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred
- Previous recruiting/ Sales experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Wellsky EMR, Applicant Tracking Systems and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and terminology
