Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. This role blends front-desk coordination with human resources support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, managing administrative tasks, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. The position offers the opportunity to interact with employees, visitors, and leadership while contributing to an organized office environment.

100% onsite, M-F, 8am-5pm EST.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome visitors, answer general questions, and guide guests and employees to the appropriate office contacts.

- Manage front-office administrative tasks such as filing, mailing, scanning, faxing, and responding to routine requests in a timely manner.

- Provide day-to-day support for human resources inquiries and assist with departmental administrative needs.

- Help organize meetings, training sessions, and company events by preparing rooms, coordinating materials, and confirming logistics.

- Arrange catering, travel details, and other event-related services as needed to support business activities.

- Assist executive leaders with administrative requests and help ensure priorities are handled efficiently.

- Maintain a neat, orderly, and organized reception and office area.

- Complete additional clerical and operational support duties as assigned.

Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required.

- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, human resources administration, reception, or a related office support role.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer-based administrative work.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of an organization.

- Demonstrated customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external visitors.

- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Prior experience supporting a multi-division or complex business environment is preferred but not required. Talent Match®
