Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards; assist members with tire and battery services;
Monitor tire and battery orders and assist members with appointments for installation;
Use Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend appropriate tire and battery products and explain warranties;
Drive sales and service excellence in the Tire and Battery Center by promoting offerings and collaborating with club associates;
Triages and prioritizes service workflow in TBC service bays to maximize efficiency and ensure timely service.
