  • Deliver high-quality attendee experiences for both in-person and virtual events while maintaining attention to detail throughout the planning process.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain effective relationships with vendors, venues, and external partners to support successful event execution.
  • Support onsite event execution as needed, including attendee management, logistics coordination, vendor oversight, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure events comply with company policies, procedures, and financial guidelines.
  • Gather attendee and stakeholder feedback and provide recommendations to improve future programs and event experiences.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of event planning processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, event technologies, and engagement strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Perform additional event-related projects and responsibilities as assigned.
