Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and daily field operations
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant jobsite
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
  • Maintain detailed daily logs, site documentation, and progress reporting
  • Partner closely with the Project Manager to proactively resolve field challenges
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of construction field leadership experience (Superintendent or similar role)
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain jobsite accountability
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • OSHA certification preferred
