Pool Monitor

• Keep residents safe and happy by monitoring the pool and sundeck areas
• Maintain a professional appearance as a company representative, demonstrating sound judgment and conduct
• Monitor activities and enforce rules in the swimming and sundeck areas to prevent accidents and provide a safe environment to residents
• Report any broken equipment
• Check resident identification to ensure they live at our community
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager

• Able to work independently
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, tolerating temperatures above 90 degrees
• Able to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co-workers
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning software, apps, and programs
• Have reliable transportation

• Compensation:
  Starting at $15.21 per hour or higher, based on experience
