Following clearly defined procedures and guidelines to ensure quality service
Have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in customer service or a related field
Possess knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training
Can follow well-defined work routines and procedures
Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Are motivated to contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
