• Deliver engaging mathematical instruction using the Mathnasium Method
  .
• Provide personalized instruction in small groups, addressing each student's unique needs.
• Motivate and encourage students during sessions to foster a positive learning experience.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a dynamic and enthusiastic learning environment.
• Collaborate with center leadership and staff to meet student needs.
• Assist with non‑teaching tasks as needed.

• Demonstrated experience working with early learners (PreK‑Elementary)
• Strong math skills, with proficiency at least through Algebra I; higher‑level math knowledge is a plus.
• A genuine passion for math and working with children.
• Excellent communication skills to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to inspire and create a fun learning atmosphere.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the Mathnasium Method

• Reliable and responsible in fulfilling assigned duties.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA and pass a background check.
