Shift Details - 3rd shift 10pm - 6:30am, beginning Sunday night and ending Friday morning weekly
The position will require performing pre-defined procedures to complete accelerated life testing on various medical devices and consumables. Recording test data and documenting observations clearly is essential. Successful candidates will be able to complete testing with minimal supervision following training and communicate independently with other test lab personnel and internal stakeholders.
Provides technical support to engineers and scientists on a variety of technical tasks. Develops and recommends procedures and methods and prepares technical reports and documentation. Performs technical evaluations of events to determine root cause; recommends corrective action. Responsibilities are within the Technical Specialty/Skilled Trade Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.
This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. The job requires a basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline. The technical procedures for this level are well defined. The job is expected to follow detailed and defined rules / instructions and to make simple judgement in straightforward situations.
Typically requires selecting between solutions already established. This job typically requires no experience.
Must Have:
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong oral and written communication
- High attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Mechanical, Electrical, or Software troubleshooting
- Use of basic hand tools
- Document preparation in a regulated industry
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related discipline preferred
