Summit Polymers, Inc. is seeking an ISO Poly Foam Engineer to develop, optimize, and support polyurethane foam manufacturing processes for automotive interior components.
You will collaborate with product design, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to meet customer specifications, cost targets, and industry quality standards. You’ll lead process development for Foam-in-Place systems, specify equipment, drive FAT/SAT testing, troubleshoot density issues, and implement continuous improvements
