Customer Service Rep, Event Staff/ Venue Crew
An Attractions Associate plays an important role in creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest at Airway Fun Center.
This position works throughout our attractions and arcade areas, both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities may include operating and supervising attractions such as Go Karts, Ropes Course, Climbing Wall, Gyroscope, arcade games, redemption, and other guest activity areas.
Attractions Associates are expected to provide outstanding customer service, maintain a positive and energetic attitude, and consistently follow Airway’s Core Values. Team members should enjoy interacting with guests, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping create memorable experiences for families and groups.

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be comfortable interacting with guests of all ages
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellent customer service
