Work Flexibility:
Hybrid As an Associate Finance Manager, you will serve as a strategic finance partner to the Interventional Spine business, influencing decisions across R&D, Marketing, and Sales. You will translate complex financial data into clear insights that shape business performance, while strengthening financial processes across a growing, innovation‑driven portfolio.  This position requires hybrid work onsite in Portage, MI weekly up to 3 days per week.

** What You Will Do
*** Partner with functional leaders and cost center owners to support data‑driven decision making across R&D, Marketing, and Selling activities.
* Prepare, consolidate, and review monthly financial statements, including flash reporting, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reporting.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections by collaborating with department managers and explaining key financial metrics, drivers, and variances.
* Execute the annual budget, periodic projections, and reporting of actual financial results for U.S. operations.
* Coordinate financial planning and reporting activities with international counterparts to ensure alignment and consistency across regions.
* Prepare financial reports, analyses, and special studies to support management decisions and business initiatives.
* Collaborate with finance shared service teams to ensure timely, accurate, and effective management reporting.
* Ensure compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements, applicable financial regulations, and company policies.
** What You Will Need
**** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum six years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** CPA or CMA certification.
* Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and consolidations.
