The Associate will work in close coordination with the Mortgage Team, gaining hands‑on experience in application processing, rate negotiation, and loan locking.

  • Guide members through the initial application phase, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and accurately entered in the system to initiate a clean file.
  • Develop proficiency in analyzing market trends to negotiate competitive interest rates and execute precise loan locks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Manage the flow of the loan through the various stages of processing, ensuring all milestones are met to guarantee successful loan delivery.
  • Participate in intensive, mentorship-driven workflows alongside senior Mortgage Team members to develop advanced skills in sales, financial analysis, and complex problem-solving.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory standards and internal quality control protocols to ensure every file meets the highest level of integrity.
  • Become familiar with Mortgage Industry policies and procedures including but not limited to underwriting guidelines, condition clearing, pre‑underwriting, and credit analysis.
  • Foster a positive organization culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
