This role is ideal for a high‑performing finance professional seeking broader business exposure and greater influence. While the title is Director of Finance, we are intentionally open to individuals who have demonstrated progressive growth throughout their finance career, even if they do not yet hold a director title.
The position combines financial planning and analysis, business partnership, process improvement, strategic initiatives, and leadership responsibilities. You will work directly with senior leadership to improve decision‑making, strengthen reporting capabilities, and create efficiencies that support future growth.
Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis- Lead company wide budgeting and forecasting processes
- Build and maintain financial models and scenario planning tools
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting
- Analyze profitability, margin trends, and operational performance
- Partner closely with operational leaders throughout the business
- Support pricing strategy and profitability analysis
- Provide actionable recommendations based on financial data
- Drive accountability through meaningful reporting and insights
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies across finance and accounting
- Improve reporting visibility and decision‑making capabilities
- Enhance financial systems utilization and reporting functionality
- Create scalable processes to support continued growth
- Support acquisition analysis and integration activities
- Assist leadership with capital investment decisions
- Participate in long‑term strategic planning initiatives
- Provide financial support for growth opportunities
- Lead the accounting function through the Accounting Manager
- Develop strong partnerships across departments
- Support a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

- Bachelor's degree required
- Progressive finance experience with increasing responsibility
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills
- Ability to influence operational leaders through financial insights
- Process improvement mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Big 4 public accounting experience
- CPA and/or MBA
- Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution industry exposure
- ERP reporting experience
- M&A or acquisition integration experience
