Digital Teller Specialist

Blue Ox Credit Union seeks a Digital Teller Specialist to support members through online, mobile, and remote channels. In this role, you'll process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan and credit card payments, and manage electronic transactions with accuracy and security. You'll assist members with digital banking enrollment, troubleshooting, and account questions while following compliance, KYC, and fraud-prevention procedures. You'll collaborate with branch and operations teams, provide financial education resources, and deliver friendly, solution-focused service aligned with our member-first, community-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Process digital deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately and securely
• Support members with online and mobile banking enrollment, access, and troubleshooting
• Handle ACH, wires, and other electronic transactions following regulatory and internal policies
• Verify member identity and follow KYC/AML and fraud-prevention procedures
• Resolve member inquiries and issues via phone, chat, and secure messaging with a service focus
• Educate members on digital tools, account features, and basic financial wellness resources
• Monitor and reconcile digital transactions, reporting discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate with branch and back-office teams to ensure seamless member experiences
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital banking features, security, and procedures
• Document interactions and transactions in core and CRM systems with high accuracy
