The organization is seeking an Associate Technician to provide technical support to engineers and scientists across various tasks. This role involves developing and recommending procedures, preparing technical reports, and performing evaluations to identify root causes and suggest corrective actions. The position is designed for a generalist or someone with experience in multiple technical disciplines, operating within a set of clearly defined procedures and guidelines.

• Support engineers and scientists with technical tasks and evaluations.
• Develop, recommend, and document procedures and methods.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation based on findings.
• Conduct technical evaluations of events or issues to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Follow detailed technical procedures and guidelines, making simple judgments within established solutions.

• Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training in the relevant technical field.
• Ability to follow well-defined procedures, rules, and instructions.
• Basic understanding of work routines and procedures within the candidate's discipline.
• Capability to make simple judgments in straightforward situations.
• No prior experience required for this entry-level position.

• Experience or training in technical support, troubleshooting, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with technical documentation and reporting.
  
  Ability to operate in a disciplined, methodical manner with attention to detail.
