We are seeking a Supply Planning Coordinator to support the Med‑Surg Instrument Division in Portage, MI. This role is focused on order management and supply planning activities, requiring strong communication skills and experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Key Responsibilities- Manage order processing and supply planning activities.
- Support material reservation and supply management processes within SAP.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and supply‑related data.
- Communicate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders regarding order status and supply needs.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, and data analysis.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning, order management, demand planning, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma required.
