Supply Planning Coordinator

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (flexible)

Preferred onsite, but flexible hybrid arrangement may be considered

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Planning Coordinator to support supply chain operations by managing order execution, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely product availability. This role is ideal for someone with experience in supply planning, demand planning, or order management who is comfortable working in an ERP environment, preferably SAP.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

• Execute daily order management and supply planning activities.
• Process and manage transactions within an ERP system (SAP preferred).
• Create and maintain material reservations and support inventory planning activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor purchase orders and understand the flow from purchase orders to sales orders.
• Track order status, resolve supply issues, and provide timely updates to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate planning and order records within the ERP system.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data, prepare reports, and support planning activities.
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, operations, and customer‑facing teams to meet business objectives.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Supply Planning
• Demand Planning
• Order Management
• Supply Chain Operations
• Experience working with an ERP system (SAP preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes.

• Experience using SAP for order management or supply planning.
• Understanding of purchase order and sales order processes.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers or vendors.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
