What you will do –
- Lead and support logistics transformation initiatives including distribution center start-ups, network changes, system implementations, and 3PL transitions.
- Partner with IT, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Legal, and other stakeholders to define requirements, design future-state processes, and successfully execute transformation projects.
- Analyze logistics and supply chain data to support project decisions across distribution, transportation, inventory, order management, quality, and reporting functions.
- Drive project execution activities including planning, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, change management, cutover readiness, and go-live support.
- Track project milestones, risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables while providing updates to project teams and leadership.
- Support process mapping and continuous improvement efforts by documenting current-state processes, designing future-state solutions, and applying lessons learned across programs.
- Collaborate with business and IT partners to develop business requirements, testing strategies, and system solutions that support operational objectives.
- Provide post-implementation support by identifying, prioritizing, and resolving issues to ensure successful adoption and operational stability.
- Partner with internal teams and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful project outcomes.
- Support the development and execution of Stryker's logistics transformation roadmap and continuous improvement strategy.
- Monitor and report on key project and operational metrics including schedule adherence, budget performance, and launch readiness.
- 6+ years of experience(4+ years in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Operations or related fields)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering or equivalent
- Data analytical skills
- Fluency English
- ERP
- PowerBI experience (designing and interpreting reports)

: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual - US5
: $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual - US10
: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual - US15
: $102,700 - $171,100 USD Annual - US20
: $107,200 - $178,600 USD Annual - US30
: $116,100 - $193,400 USD Annual
