Maintenance Technician (Greenspire Apartments)

The primary focus of this position will be to perform general maintenance and repairs of Greenspire buildings, equipment and grounds.

• Maintains and repairs buildings and equipment
• Performs groundskeeping activities for the upkeep of the community
• Participates in emergency call rotation
• Resolve or report safety issues to supervisor
• Other duties as required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Availability to fulfill scheduled hours to include seven day per week during snow season
• Perform a variety of physical labor including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long periods of time
• Valid driver’s license and meet drivers insurance requirements
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen, and background check

The work environment described here represents what the employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee works primarily outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and terrains. The job is performed with prolonged periods of walking, kneeling, bending, climbing, reaching, and twisting.

Compensation is commensurate based on experience.
