Position Summary

Under general supervision, responsible for performing the physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, parts and supplies along with maintaining records of materials/inventory.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing
Qualifications & Experience
  • Ability to meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
  • Ability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English.
  • Ability to carry out verbal instructions and communicate verbally in English.
  • Ability to adhere to safety-related issues, including good housekeeping and ergonomics practices.
  • May be required to have workplace organization training and follow procedures, including cross training and teamwork.
  • Repetitive nature – stamina to do the work.
  • Attention to detail.
Safety and Quality
  • Propensity to speak up when an issue occurs and bring it up.
  • Ability to learn new processes, systems, and equipment.

  • Must be able to follow detailed verbal and/or written instructions.
  • Must be able to complete detailed documentation accurately.
  • Must be able to observe and correct/note minute inconsistencies.
  • Must be able to analyze material/inventory issues using independent judgment.
