The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement new production methods, equipment, and tooling.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for manufacturing processes, work instructions, and quality control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and materials to enhance manufacturing capabilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, with a track record of successful implementation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and automation.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) for designing and analyzing manufacturing layouts and tooling.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
