Position: Technician
Location: Michigan
Duration: Long Term
We are seeking a Technician with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing to support equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production activities within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform routine equipment checks, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance activities.
- Support production, assembly, and manufacturing operations.
- Maintain accurate production and equipment records.
- Follow SOPs, GMP requirements, and safety procedures.
- Support equipment setup, cleaning, and changeover activities.
- Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve equipment and production issues.
- Support continuous improvement and process efficiency activities.
- High school diploma, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated manufacturing.
- Experience operating or supporting manufacturing equipment.
- Basic knowledge of GMP and manufacturing procedures.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and technical instructions.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
