Position SummaryThe Retail Signage Removal & Paint Technician is responsible for removing retail signage, repairing affected surfaces, performing patch and paint work, and documenting completed work in accordance with project requirements. This position supports retail store refresh and decommissioning projects and requires the ability to work independently in an active retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Remove interior, overhead, and directional retail signage.
- Remove associated mounting hardware and fixtures.
- Patch, repair, sand, and paint walls and other affected surfaces.
- Take and submit before-and-after photos of completed work.
- Safely operate ladders and scissor lifts when required.
- Follow project instructions, safety requirements, and completion deadlines.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at client locations.
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, maintenance, merchandising, fixture installation, signage installation/removal, or light construction preferred.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Scissor lift experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Project-based assignments in retail store environments.
- Early morning work schedules may be required.
- Compensation is paid weekly on a per-project basis.
