Operations Manager

Overview

The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team, driving store execution, performance, and customer loyalty through excellent service at CVS/pharmacy.

• Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
• Sales and inventory management
• Employee staffing, training, and development
• Financial management
• Customer service leadership
• Lead store crew, assign tasks, and maintain effective communication
• Support the Store Manager with operational and service improvement action plans
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote a customer‑service culture

• Deductive reasoning, advanced analytical and computer skills
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and urgent issue response
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Pay Range: $19.00 ‑ $29.00 per hour. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement savings options, and wellness programs.
