The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.

• Drive sales to exceed individual and store goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Embrace store culture and act as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Build loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Comfortable with standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and arriving on time.
• Flexible schedule that may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Hourly rate $14.10 – $17.60 commensurate with experience (California, Los Angeles).
