As a Lead Sales Associate at Stretch Zone, you will manage the studio and help clients achieve their goals through our practitioner‑assisted stretch model. You will lead a team of Sales Associates, drive membership sales, and uphold high standards of customer service.

• Drive membership sales for each guest who enters the studio.
• Provide excellent customer service: greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns.
• Lead and coach Sales Associates, holding them accountable for daily operations and monthly goals.
• Retain members by following daily operation guides, delivering great service, and conducting consistent follow‑ups.
• Lead by example, exceeding expectations and supporting the team daily.
• Track KPIs to understand studio performance and assist the General Manager in monitoring and reporting sales metrics.
• Promote the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching by hitting sales goals, encouraging add‑ons, and improving sales skills.

• Successful sales leaders who can confidently connect with guests and convert them to members after a first session.
• Driven and competitive, holding staff accountable to exceed sales goals.
• Well‑organized with exceptional time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Goal‑oriented, responsible for assisting the General Manager in setting and attaining goals.
