• Previous retail or commission‑based sales experience
• Bilingual communication skills

• Hourly advance / draw vs. commission pay structure

Hourly advance with uncapped commissions. Expected first‑year earnings typically range from $45,000 to $65,000 annually.

• Energetic and self‑motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Minimum 18 years old
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
• Physical demands: ability to stand for long periods, move throughout showroom, lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
