Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing activity, verifying permissions when required, and reporting unusual behavior and/or suspicious conditions;
Support daily operations by assisting with visitor directions, monitoring high-traffic areas, and communicating clearly with staff and/or first responders during incidents or medical-related events
