Key Responsibilities- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software malfunctions of industrial robots.
- Install, calibrate, and test new robotic equipment and peripheral devices.
- Program and adjust robot paths, speeds, and logic for optimized manufacturing processes.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostic tests to ensure optimal robot performance.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and system updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and manufacturing quality standards for robotic operations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial robots.
- Ability to perform basic robot programming and teach pendant operations.
- Strong understanding of PLC integration with robotic systems and ladder logic.
- Experience with industrial electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Adherence to industrial safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.
- Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
- Proficiency in CAD software for interpreting cell layouts and tooling.
- Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, C++) for scripting or data analysis.
