Position: Inventory Coordinator, Marketing Services - 1st Shift - $23.90/hr

** Mon - Fri, 9:30 am - 6:00pm

** What you will do*
* As the Inventory Coordinator, Marketing Services, you will coordinate product requests for marketing and medical education events, and post-event follow-up and evaluations of products.

+ Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting

+ Administer and operate the organization's warehouse, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment

+ Account for all materials and supplies in the facility; audit goods received into warehouse

+ Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space

+ Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance, and protection of facilities and equipment

+ Show versatility of work through adapting to new situations, and seeking better ways of completing tasks

+ Complete all inventory transactions systematically and physically

** What you need*
* Required

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Two (2) years' relevant work experience

+ Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/ or up to 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Team lift up to 150 pounds regularly

Preferred

+ Experience in shipping/receiving, handling of medical devices

+ Trade show product preparation, post-show inventory management

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.

$23.90/hr plus bonus eligible and benefits
