Role and Responsibilities:

Office Staff are trained to answer the switchboard, fielding calls, and answering general information questions. You will need to become knowledgeable about all aspects of Cascade Mountain.

• Managing the main office desk, the switchboard, and the office window
• Greeting guests, vendors and visitors at the window and answering their questions
• Announcing visitors by phone or two-way radio communication, directing them to the proper Cascade member
• Responsible for the daily mailings
• Answering E-mail
• Some data entry work is required
• Attention to detail is necessary
• May be crossed trained in ticket sales or other areas

Good phone voice and the ability to handle a wide variety of people, questions, and situations in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and outgoing personality. Good customer services skills necessary. Must possess a pleasant and professional manner and the ability to work well with others. Minimum age requirement is 18. Uniform and dress code required.

• Knowledge of phone etiquette required. Experience on a multi-line switchboard helpful.
