With the assistance of another Industrial Cleaning Technician, prevents dust accumulation throughout the facilities by performing the following duties
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Use and maintain industrial vacuums and accessories
- Track all cleaning activities in Maintenance Management System.
- Fill out requisitions for supplies needed
- Operate scissor and/or boom lift
- Wear and properly maintain personal fall protection equipment
- Lockout equipment and areas as applicable
- Work on other jobs assigned when cleaning work is unavailable
- Perform all duties in compliance with regulatory requirements as well as company policies and procedures

Qualification RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent on the job experience.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification
Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, policies, and emails. Ability to write/type short maintenance details into maintenance software.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to follow detail work instructions. Ability to deal with nonstandard situations with many variables.
