• Job Status: Full-time, .8 or part-time possible
• Salary: $36.00 - $44.00 per hour
• Schedule: M-F, 8am-4:30pm
• Paid On-Call: Nights and weekend rotations
• Benefits: Full benefits plan plus a company car! (status dependent)
• Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of Portage, Wisconsin

• RN License in state of Wisconsin
• Current, valid driver s license
• 1 year of home health preferred
