Job Status:
Full-time, .8 or part-time possible
Salary: $36.00 - $44.00 per hour
Schedule:
M-F, 8am-4:30pm
Paid On-Call:
Nights and weekend rotations

Requirements
* RN License in state of Wisconsin
* Current, valid driver's license
* 1 year of home health preferred
