- License/Certs: DOT Certification required, valid in Wisconsin
- Experience: Prior occupational health or related experience preferred
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (hourly pay rate as per job data)

- Perform physical assessments and examinations for DOT applicants and workers.
- Maintain thorough documentation and accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support workers’ health and safety.
- Provide expert guidance on occupational health issues and clearance criteria.
- Support scheduling needs and prioritize patient care responsibilities.
- Required:
- DOT Certification and ability to perform DOT exams with FMCSA digital upload experience
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Wisconsin
- At least 1 year of experience in occupational health or related field
- Preferred:
- Prior experience conducting DOT exams or working in a clinic environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
