What You’ll Do
  • Conduct DOT certification exams and FMCSA digital uploads, ensuring compliance.
  • Perform physical assessments and examinations for DOT applicants and workers.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to support workers’ health and safety.
  • Provide expert guidance on occupational health issues and clearance criteria.
  • Support scheduling needs and prioritize patient care responsibilities.
What You Need
  • Required:
    • DOT Certification and ability to perform DOT exams with FMCSA digital upload experience
    • Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Wisconsin
    • At least 1 year of experience in occupational health or related field
  • Preferred:
    • Prior experience conducting DOT exams or working in a clinic environment
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
