Laboratory Technician – Quality Control

What You'll Do- Perform quality testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Collect and prepare samples for laboratory analysis
- Run laboratory tests including pH, wet chemistry, and other routine analytical methods
- Record and review test results following established procedures
- Communicate findings with production and quality teams
- Assist with maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment
- Support continuous improvement projects and daily laboratory operations
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related science field preferred
- Laboratory experience through coursework, research, internships, or industry experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a regulated laboratory environment is a plus
- Hands-on laboratory experience from day one

This position supports a 24/7 manufacturing operation and is based in a clean laboratory setting. You'll spend your shift performing hands-on testing, working with laboratory equipment, and contributing directly to product quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of PORTAGE, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.26 - $28.96/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
