Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Shop for online customers in all departments to find and select requested items.
• Fill online orders, assemble and package products accurately.
• Consult with customers, make substitutions, and answer questions.
• Dispense completed orders and engage customers during pickup.
• Assist in-store customers as needed, prioritizing online orders.
• Maintain a fast‑paced workflow, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

• Warm greeting and friendly customer service.
• Ability to locate products and assist customers in finding items.
• Cooperate with fellow associates and maintain a clean, safe store area.
