Master Relief Operator

Dairy Farmers of America -  -  - Responsibilities:
Capable to work in any of the functional areas within the facility, including CER Dryer Operator, HTST Operator, UFRO Operator, Evaporator Operator, Milk Receiver, & Packaging Operator.;
Operator will be required to recertify in each functional area annually to ensure that operator is qualified to operate all necessary equipment.;
Engaged in problem solving to assist in improving safety, quality, yields and productivity.;
Engaged with focused improvement teams, safety team, quality team, etc. Must be a member of at least one team in support of continuous improvement for the plant.;
Demonstrates a high level of safety and quality ownership coupled with a high degree of urgency.
