Accounting Clerk​/Admin

Position: Accounting Clerk / Admin
?? What You'll Do (and Love!)
You'll be a key part of our accounting team, reporting directly to the Controller and helping keep our finances in perfect shape. Your day-to-day will include:
Accounts Payable Excellence

• Matching invoices to backup or purchase orders

• Entering invoices accurately and verifying all data and terms

• Reconciling monthly vendor statements and collecting W-9s as needed Accounting Clerk
Accounts Receivable Support

• Generating monthly invoices for service fees and sales

• Processing reimbursements and ensuring billing accuracy Accounting Clerk
Invoice & Check Processing

• Submitting invoices for manager approval and tracking timely sign offs

• Running payment aging reports, verifying cash balances, and preparing check runs

• Scanning, mailing, filing, and maintaining organized check documentation Accounting Clerk
Administrative & Team Support

• Providing phone support, filing, and occasional assistance to Farm Operations

• Collaborating with a values driven accounting team to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy Accounting Clerk
