The Legacy Rewards Representative is responsible for assisting guests with all promotions and events. This position serves as a liaison between the Legacy Rewards Club and the guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively promote the Legacy Rewards Club, and its benefits to Eagle Mountain Casino guests.
Enroll all eligible guests into the casino management system.
Track carded table games players in the pit.
Conduct promotions and help facilitate special events and entertainment.
Distribute information about Eagle Mountain Casino to guests.
Meet and greet guests upon their arrival, including bus and tour groups.
Retain and relay information concerning all promotions, entertainment, and events.
Make announcements regarding promotions, entertainment, and events.
Record information regarding guests, major wins, etc. for the Department.
Must attend and be certified in all applicable training required.
All other departmental duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
The minimum age requirement is 21.Exposure to a hospitality environment.
General knowledge of gaming, including slots, bingo, and card games.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Outstanding guest service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to read and write English fluently.
Must maintain a professional appearance.
Reliable, consistent transportation to and from Eagle Mountain Casino.
Computer literate with, but not limited to, Microsoft Windows Suite.
Able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL:
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, and sit.
Repeatedly required to reach with hands and arms, use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
Ability to move easily and quickly through the slot and table games areas.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Noise level is moderate to high when on casino floor.
Exposure to cigarette smoke, ringing bells, and flashing lights when on the casino floor.
Must be able to perform all essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
