Director of Finance & Accounting

Salary: $140,000 – $170,000

Executive leadership role with significant visibility across the organization. Direct partnership with executive leadership on financial strategy and business planning. Opportunity to oversee all accounting and finance functions in a single leadership role. Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-range financial planning initiatives. Drive process improvements and strengthen financial systems, controls, and reporting. Mentor and develop an established accounting and finance team.

Lead all accounting and financial operations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements. Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board. Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements. Develop and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies. Monitor cash flow and organizational financial performance. Mentor and develop accounting and finance team members.

Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Previous leadership or management experience. Experience with budgeting, audits, financial reporting, and internal controls. Experience overseeing accounting operations and finance functions.
