Sequoia Transitional Care is seeking a passionate and dedicated
** Occupational Therapist (OT)
** to join our therapy team and support our dynamic sensory program. If you are looking to be part of a collaborative, patient-centered environment where you can make a meaningful difference in post-acute and long-term care, we would love to meet you.### Position Summary The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve independence, safety, and quality of life.

This role works closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.### Qualifications Education & Experience
* Graduate of an
** accredited Occupational Therapy program
*** Bachelor’s degree required;
** Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred
*** Experience in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred
* Proficient in computer systems including
** Casamba and Point Click Care
** preferred

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations
* ** Licensed Occupational Therapist
** in the State of California (required)
* Must maintain license in good standing at all times
* CPR certification (as required)
* Must meet all continuing education requirements per state regulations
* Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
* Ability to pass a criminal background check### Skills & Abilities
** Language Skills
*** Ability to read and comprehend technical procedures and policy manuals
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, coworkers, residents, and families
** Mathematical Skills
*** Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical situations
** Reasoning Ability
*** Ability to solve practical problems
* Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
* Competitive pay range: **$60–$65/hour
