Health Yes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established healthcare organization in California’s southern Central Valley near Porterville.

This high-earning position offers independent practice, significant clinical autonomy, and a broad case mix. It is ideal for an experienced CRNA who is comfortable practicing at the top of their license.

• Permanent, full-time CRNA position

• Annual compensation of $500,000–$585,000

• Complete preoperative anesthesia evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care

• Perform regional anesthesia, including blocks for obstetric cases

• Manage airway and perioperative patient needs independently

• Provide anesthesia for routine surgical cases and healthy obstetric patients

• Monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical condition

• Support postoperative recovery and pain management

• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and procedural teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program

• Current NBCRNA certification

• Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• PALS certification when required

• Strong regional-anesthesia skills

• Obstetric anesthesia experience

• Ability to practice independently

• Experienced CRNAs strongly preferred

• Annual compensation: $500,000–$585,000

• Permanent independent-practice position
