Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN; SNF

Licensed Vocational Nurse – Skilled Nursing

Part-time night shift on Wednesday and Saturday.

No guaranteed hours per week specified.

• Graduate of an accredited LVN program.
• Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English; additional languages preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge;
  Electronic Health Record experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of skilled nursing experience.

• Assess the resident's condition and nursing needs, and implement appropriate nursing action.
• Document changes in residents' condition and nursing care accurately.
• Administer medications according to established protocols to minimize medication errors.
• Provide direct care and supervise CNAs and other staff members to ensure quality care.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and pain management techniques.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.

Compliance with infection control procedures is required.
