Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

What It Takes

• 2+ years of experience in Hand finishing/polishing/deburring
• Skilled with inspection of close tolerances and complex-shaped parts
• Ability to operate, activate, and use manufacturing/productivity machinery
• Lift (up to) 30 lbs and stack safely
• Ability to stay active and on your feet the entire shift

What You Will Do On the Floor

• Hand-belt grinding various airfoil shapes to their desired finish, contour, and dimension
• Finishing operations include sizing and finishing platform radii and surfaces, radius chords, polishing operations, and breaking sharp edges as required
• Deburring parts
• Keep quality tight and safety tighter
• Help your team stay on pace
• Clean up before the next shift takes over
